The winter break can be a fun, festive time for all the family – but it can also be tough when you’re a parent or carer. Having time away from regular routines can be unsettling for children, and you may have noticed behaviours and patterns coming to the surface that you’re not sure how to deal with.
You might have been dealing with tantrums, separation anxiety, mood swings or something else, and now you’re looking for practical advice to handle it.
However old your child is, from toddlers to teenagers, Peterborough Family Hubs has a course for you. We’re running the following face-to-face courses starting at the end of the month:
Triple P Stepping Stones
- For parents/carers of children aged 2-12 with SEND
- Starts on Wednesday 29 January, 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Triple P Teen

- Starts on Wednesday 29 January, 10am – 12noon

Triple P Standard
- For parents of children aged 2-12
- This course focuses on empowering parents and carers to raise happier, more confident and capable children, improve relationships and enjoy being a parent more.
- Date and venue to be confirmed.
