Peterborough Register Office provides a professional registration service for life's important events such as births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships as well as celebratory services such as citizenship ceremonies, naming ceremonies, and the renewal of marriage vows.

For all other enquiries, our call centre will take your contact details as we operate a call back service. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 14 days.

Opening hours
Our call centre helpdesk answers all our incoming telephone calls and is open 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday to take certificate orders, book appointments and respond to telephone enquiries. For complex matters we operate a call back service.
Appointments at the Register Office and over-the-counter certificate orders can be made within the following times:

Other than welcoming disability assistance dogs, we do not allow animals in the building.
Parking
Free limited car parking is available at the Register Office. Please ensure you allow plenty of time before your appointment as alternative off-site parking may have to be found if all of our allocated parking bays are full.
