Authorities Monitoring Report

The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 require us to produce Authorities Monitoring Reports (Sharepoint) to inform the public about the implementation of the local development scheme which sets out the timetable for the production of local development policies.

Housing Delivery Test

Housing development reports

The Housing development reports detail the number of new dwellings that have been granted planning permission and the number being built across Peterborough.

Five year housing land supply

The National Planning Policy Framework requires us to identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide five years worth of housing land.

Local Development Scheme (LDS)

A new Local Development Scheme (LDS) was approved on 5 September 2024. It sets out the timetable and the consultation stages involved in a new Local Plan for Peterborough.

The National Planning Policy Framework requires Mineral Planning Authorities to plan for a steady and adequate supply of aggregates. This report seeks to identify the levels of aggregate provision within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
