"We, the residents who have signed below, are asking you to take measures and actions as we live in daily fear and risk for ourselves and our children. Residents of X have antisocial behaviours, drug users, alcohol additives, littering, urinating on the street, swearing, showing aggression towards other residents in front of the children. They smash property, rubbish dustbins."
