On Thursday, 26th September 2024, The Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor Marco Cereste will officially open the Bridge Fair by reading the traditional proclamation.
Following this, everyone can enjoy 'all the fun of the fair'. The fair will be held on The Embankment and the Sausage Supper will be held in the Reception Room at the Town Hall.
The Mayor will be welcoming guests who wish to visit to the fair at the Town Hall at 6pm. At approximately 6.15pm, the Mayor will lead a procession to the entrance of the Fair for the official opening at 6.30pm.
Once guests have enjoyed the fair, the party head back to the Town Hall for a sausage supper which will commence at 7.45pm.
Tickets for the supper are priced at £23 each. All proceeds will go towards the Mayor's chosen charities – The Salvation Army, Cambridgeshire Children’s Hospital and Anna’s Hope.
