Each year, we install Christmas lights, a real Christmas tree and put on a spectacular switch-on event in the city centre that attracts thousands of visitors from all over the area. The lights switch-on is one of the major highlights of the city's events calendar.
In 2024, we raised £56,000 to cover the cost of Peterborough's Christmas celebrations. This achievement was thanks to generous donations from businesses, organisations and individuals across Peterborough.

We are again offering sponsorship packages and opportunities for Christmas 2025 to fund the Christmas tree, lights and switch-on event.
